Downtown Detroit and Ann Arbor may be connected by a Cavnue autonomous vehicle corridor.

Imagine cruising on a highway where your car is connected to other vehicles that communicate while you commute. This enables similar vehicles with intuitive ai to effectively utilize an autonomous designated lane without fear of human error. This allows cars to be spaced closer and adjust speed to safely get from point A to point B. Autonomous and connected Semis would be faster and safer as well!

Start-Up Cavnue’s research, analysis & development is being done as a collaboration with several project partners including Ford, Hyundai and Argo AI. Testing the technology & infrastructure is expected to last 2 years. At that point, a vision and plan will be determined.

All it needs is inductive EV charging technology under the road and we’re good! 👌

Go electric ✌🏼
