EV Owners Tell Me The Sweet Spot For Range

📊 In a recent survey I conducted, EV Owners revealed what a good amount of range is for them.

😯I was surprised to see so many people in the 200s. Mid 200s was the most in that category.  The 100, 400 and 500 mile ranges were very few.  Mostly people want the upper 400 to 500 miles for towing purposes.

🔋 It seems most people want range in the 300s with 350 pretty much consuming the category. 

🙋🏻‍♂️ I think it’s great to share this information for those who are considering taking the leap to an EV.  A lot of us in the market think that you need the most range possible, when in reality, it’s not really necessary. 

✅ “REAL WORLD RANGE” was mentioned pretty frequently, which is not always the same as the estimated range reported- which is based on best possible circumstances. I think that’s important to keep in mind when researching your range needs.
