During the Financial Times Future of the Car event, Elon Musk revealed that Tesla Superchargers will be shared with other EVs by adding a CCS adapter at the station.

Currently, the difficultly in sharing the network in the US is that Tesla uses their own proprietary connector.

Soon the charging network will also offer CCS connectors for more universal accessibility. Tesla’s Supercharger network is quite extensive and is rapidly expanding.

Following the pilot project in Europe that allows non-Teslas to charge at a Supercharger, worldwide is next in line. Not sure when… (Two weeks maybe 😉)
