1. Tesla increased prices on their SEXY lineup. 

With the exception of model S/X Plaid, the price increase could range from $2,000- $6000 depending on model and trim.

2. GM’s Hand-Built Caddy’s

GM is to invest $81,000 for 

Cadillac’s future flagship sedan.  The hand-built Celestiq will be limited to only hundreds each year.  Prices will be $200K +.

3. Lose The Tax Credit Cap?

GM, Ford, Stellantis and Toyota North America are asking Congress to remove the $7,500 EV tax credit cap. This cap eliminates the credit benefit once the company sells 200,000 EVs. 

Companies are pouring a ton of $  into the EV transition, supplies are skyrocketing this cap removal will help EVs be more affordable to further the EV adoption. 

* Many other automakers raising their MSRP – orders are no problem but supplies are skyrocketing.
