No Drilling! No Holes! No Bolts!

For the 29 (+DC) states who require front license plates- you may have an alternative to a metal plate screwed into the front fascia of your beautiful whip.

LPW (License Plate Wraps), a Huntington Beach, CA company, has been testing a reflective, scannable vinyl wrap for the front “plate” since 2015 by California Highway Patrol of Sacramento. This sleek stick-on “plate” doesn’t affect ceramic pro coating or clear bra protection.

Here’s the extra good news, they have been approved to sell to public (if qualified) and participate in the pilot program.

The bad news is that right now it’s only approved through the Sacramento, California DMV (Dept of Motor Vehicles).

BUT… they hope to roll it out to other states.

Is anyone in this pilot program in Sacramento? Do you see a lot on the road?
